Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice that the City of Dahlonega CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on MONDAY, January 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.M.  REGARDING A CERTAIN MATTER ITEMIZED IN THIS NOTICE. ACTION WILL THEN BE TAKEN ON THIS MATTER BY THE CITY COUNCIL. THE MATTER IS LISTED BELOW:

Public Hearing for Ordinance 2022-10: An ordinance to amend the Code of the City of Dahlonega, Georgia, Subpart B: Land use and Land Development; Section 123-9; Sub-Sections (22) and (23), to provide for further clarification regarding prohibited signage.

THE meeting will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 465 Riley Road.
