Overview

The mission of Human Resources is to improve employment opportunities, advancement opportunities, employee relations, and employee performance through better communications, cultivation of a diverse workforce and through the development and implementation of pro-active policies, procedures, programs, and training.

The Human Resources Administrator provides a full range of services that include recruitment and selection, competitive pay and benefits, wellness initiatives, training, employee relations, and organizational development to recruit and retain a dedicated professional staff who will provide quality support services to the City and the public we serve.
