The boat ramp at Lake Zwerner will be closed beginning Thursday, March 12, 2026, while crews work on the pedestrian bridge project in the area. For everyone’s safety, the ramp and immediate work zone will remain closed during construction activities. 8th Annual Mt. Hope Cemetery Spring Cleanup Day

The City of Dahlonega’s Cemetery Committee will hold their annual spring cleanup day on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to participate. It is recommended volunteers bring work gloves and sun hats. Rakes, wheelbarrows, and trash bags will be provided.
