Project Update: August 11, 2025 through August 25, 2025

Here’s what to expect over the next two weeks: Weather permitting, there will be installation of stormwater cross drain in the area of Arcadia to Martin. There will be installation of sewer main between Martin and Maple and testing of the sewer main between Arcadia and Martin. Once the sewer main is tested, we will be connecting the new sewer laterals to all the homes between Arcadia and Martin. There is a possibility that we may start cutting grade for the road over the next two weeks between Arcadia and Martin. If this is the case we will try our best to accommodate those residents as best possible. In the area of Arcadia Street to Choice Street, you can expect heavy equipment, digging, pipe installation, and compaction. Anyone that has a driveway that is attached to Park St. may be asked to park at a different location for a day or so until we get past their driveway.

Here’s what was completed in the last two weeks: Sidewalks were installed from the By-Pass end to Arcadia. Information conduit is installed from the bypass end of Park Street to Arcadia Street. Stormwater is completed to Martin Street. Sewer main is installed to Martin Street.
