Project Update: Posted September 8, 2025

Here’s what to expect over the next two weeks: Installation of stormwater cross drains in the area of Arcadia to Martin. Sanitary sewer main will be installed between Maple and Choice. The new sanitary sewer main will also be tested. Once testing is complete, the new sewer laterals will be connected to all the homes between Martin and Choice. Next, the contractor will begin cutting grades for the road between Arcadia and Martin. Residents in that area will be accommodated as best as possible with driveway access. In the area of Arcadia to Choice, you can expect heavy equipment, digging, pipe installation, and compaction. If you have a driveway in that area, you may be asked to park in a different location while this work is completed.

Here’s what was completed in the last two weeks: The multiple rain events over the past two weeks slowed progress. However, stormwater is completed to the halfway point of Martin and Maple. Sanitary sewer is installed to Maple. All sidewalks and curb below Arcadia Street have been backfilled and are ready for grass. Grassing will occur when the weather is conductive for planting.
