Project Update: April 14, 2025

Over the next two weeks there will be installation of watermain, stormwater infrastructure, and road base and the continued removal of the old cast iron watermain. There will be compacting of the new stormwater infrastructure, watermain, and road base.

In the area of Ash Ave. to Martin St. you can expect heavy equipment, digging, pipe installation, and compaction activities. As the contractor works on driveways, you may be asked to park at a different location until they clear your driveway area. This will be communicated.

During the last two weeks, sanitary sewer installation reached Arcadia St. Once the sanitary sewer main has been tested, the homes from Schultz Ave to Arcadia Street will be tied into the new sanitary sewer main. The asphalt was milled from Arcadia Street to Choice Street.
