Employment Opportunity: DDA/ Main Street – Assistant
Hourly Rate: $12.20 – $15.50
Open Period: Open until filled
Position Information: Part Time – No Benefits
The purpose of this classification is to provide assistance to the Downtown Development Authority/Main Street. It provides support with planning, booking, and coordinating events and public relations tasks. Applicants must be able to manage projects, possess strong organizational skills, have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team. Prior experience in event planning is advantageous. Computer experience is required, and document design experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED; education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
